Woody Bouska has spent a lifetime of service to the State of California and is a retired Operations Captain from the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection "CAL FIRE". He has served as a Safety Officer, Division Group Supervisor and C Faller Coordinator on large and complex wildfire assignments throughout the State and is considered one of the best by his peers in the industry.

These work environments are High Risk and for more than 30 years this is where Bouska has perfected his instructional approach. He has trained hundreds of individuals throughout his career and has developed, refined, and implemented these techniques which are focused on exceeding the standards of safety, adhere to all applicable requirements specific to all organizations and can be delivered to your companies standards at your location.
